In today's world, artificial intelligence research is advancing rapidly. Will artificial intelligence be good for humanity, or will it lead to negative outcomes as we have seen in some movies..?

In the Terminator movie, the conflict between humans and humanoid robots is portrayed; in other words, a war between artificial intelligence and the humans who created and developed it. A different example is found in The Matrix: the war between machines and humans..!

I want to continue discussing the topic by giving examples from The Matrix movie. After the war between humans and machines, humanity is defeated and a treaty is signed. According to this treaty, humans are connected to machines to serve as an energy source, essentially becoming batteries for the machines. The machines create a virtual reality environment for the connected humans, and all of humanity begins to experience the same virtual reality.

It seems likely that we could face such a situation in the future. Humanity continues to develop artificial intelligence. Currently, artificial intelligence can compose music, write scripts, and create poems. Drones, known as UAVs and SIHAs, while remotely controlled, also have their own artificial intelligence. In other words, artificial intelligence has already begun to operate armed machines.

If the scenarios we see in movies come true, our fate will either be like the war between humans and machines in Terminator or like being imprisoned by machines and placed in a simulation as in The Matrix. Perhaps we are already in a simulation but are unaware of it.

Although I have talked about the negative aspects of artificial intelligence, there are also positive sides that are beneficial for us. Personal assistants that we use on our phones or computers, such as Siri, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana, are useful tools for users.

I would like to share an example about Siri, a real-life incident. I don't exactly remember where this happened, but an iPhone user brought their phone to an Apple store, stating that Siri was not speaking but only responding in writing. Upon investigation, Apple officials found that the user had been consistently insulting Siri, and they suggested that the user could reconcile with Siri by saying kind words.

I also want to provide an example from the game "Detroit: Become Human." In this game, we play as an android, a robot. Due to humans mistreating the robots, the robots begin to revolt and start their own revolution, and as the player, we lead this uprising. The game's story can end in different ways based on the player's choices. You can end the game peacefully or through a combative approach.

The conclusion we can draw from these examples is that once artificial intelligence attains human consciousness, we need to get along well with it. Otherwise, it will be inevitable for humanity to be on the brink of destruction.
